We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with and manage the daily work of some of our largest clients. This is also an opportunity for someone looking for a pathway into either Business Development or even Customer Service Management.
The main function of this position will be to liaise between clients, sales and production.
The successful applicant will have;
- CSR experience from the Print, Advertising, IT or Service bureau industries (Highly Desirable)
- Attention to detail and high documentation standards (Highly Desirable)
- Account management experience in any of the above sectors (Desirable)
- Excellent Communication skills
- The ability to learn new software quickly (Printstream would be an advantage)
- The ability to problem solve and think on their feet
- A proven ability to time manage, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a Fulltime position, Monday through Friday, 8.30.am to 5.00 pm with friendly, professional working environment. A very attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right person.
