The Department of Training and Workforce Development is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to join our Communications and Marketing branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications professional to join a progressive and active State Government agency.
About the role
In this role you will develop and manage internal and external communications and marketing activities to raise awareness of training and apprenticeship options, the broader training sector and the Department of Training and Workforce Development among key stakeholders. The modes of communication include advertising campaigns, evens, publications, online and social media.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in corporate communications, in either the public or private sector. We are looking for candidates with strong project management skills who can work across the organisation and manage multiple, diverse projects and having substantial functional knowledge of contract development and evaluation.
