You will use your first-rate technical skills and sharp legal mind to identify the key issues, and lead negotiations to ensure the timely and completion of large-scale transactions. You will have the ability to interact with clients confidently and build effective working relationships and be actively involved in the development and mentoring of junior lawyers.
You will work with two dynamic partners on project financing including PPP, leveraged / acquisition financing, corporate financing and resources financing deals.
You will be a senior associate with prior 'big firm' training gained domestically or internationally with the drive and expertise to excel at the highest level.
