We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented technical person to join our multidisciplinary team. Working within the Department of Biological Sciences the appointee will provide a comprehensive range of technical and scientific support for students engaged in Science courses (undergraduate and postgraduate). The successful candidate will be part of a team providing technical support in the preparation and maintenance of undergraduate teaching laboratories as well as manage marine fieldwork across the Faculty of Science.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and relevant experience in the field of Marine Sciences including marine fieldwork, experience with snorkel / SCUBA, boat handling, live specimen collecting and housing and will hold driver and boat licenses.
