- supporting lenders taking calls and queries from customers and brokers
- providing administrative support to distribution partners
- following up on customer supporting documentation
Other requirements
The essential criteria for this role include:
- Advanced experience and knowledge in a relevant field/environment
- Ability to obtain cooperation or assistance from others to achieve set objectives
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously
- Understanding of residential mortgage industry
