Currently looking for a Senior Consultant to take ownership of a subject area on a new data warehouse project.
The project is using the latest Oracle Data Warehouse technologies including Oracle DataIntegrator (ODI) and Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) together to perform real-time integration.
Requirements
- 2 years practical experience using Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB)/Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Have the ability to collect and present data mart requirements and prepare design documents.
- Develop conceptual design, support data verification, assist in logical and physical design and the development of prototypes for user review
- Recommend "best practice' for data extraction, loads, transformation and OWB mappings
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle's Reports and Forms products since many of the reports generated from the data marts will be using these tools
- Minimum 7 years Oracle Data Warehouse development experience to include logical and physical design, data load methods, data verification and provide documentation of this experience
- Recent hands on experience with Oracle 10g (release 2) database engine with extensive experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Data Warehouse tools
