An exciting opportunity has come up to join this national business as a senior customer service and sales representative. Your passion for quality customer service will see you succeed in this position. Reporting to the Team Leader of Outbound Customer Service and Sales, your role will involve liaising with existing customers through inbound and outbound calls to provide them with exceptional service. Through this service, you will be able to identify opportunities to cross and upsell products and ensure your customers are aware of business promotions, sales and new products.
As a senior member within the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in day to day process and workload management , setting a good example in regard to work ethic and performance and provide support to your team mates if and when required.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 1 year experience in an outbound customer service and/or sales role,
- A positive and outgoing attitude,
- Proven experience in liaising with various stakeholders - internal and external,
- A proactive approach to customer service and sales,
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support team members, and
- A passion for achieving sales through providing quality customer service.
