- Answering all incoming calls
- Processing and entering orders
- Processing invoices
- Scheduling weekly distribution for all locations
- Handling customer services issues
- Maintain daily records of service and completion.
- Support accounts queries as required
- General office administration duties
- An excellent phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Timely and high accuracy data entry and attention to details
- Good problem solving
- Effective organisation skills
- Work well in a team
