We are currently seeking a Personal Injuries Lawyer to work predominantly in our workers compensation team based at Parramatta. This role would suit a lawyer with 0-2 years post admission experience in the area of workers compensation.
The successful candidate will have a passion for helping injured clients obtain compensation and be accustomed to conducting high volume workers compensation matters and other personal injury claims. You will need to be deadline driven with both strong communication and client relationship skills.
You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load comprising workers compensation. You will also have demonstrated decision making and analytical skills.
Key Selection Criteria:
- 0-2 years PAE;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Experience working in a high volume work environment;
- Experience in personal injury litigation is preferable but not essential.
