We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Developer to join our brigade. As the Junior Web Developer, you will gain first-hand experience on some exciting development projects. You will need to possess the necessary front-end development skills, along with an excellent understanding of server-side scripting (PHP) and WordPress / WPMU.
This person needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills and be accountable, responsible, flexible, patient and independent. Interest in Sales and the willingness and enthusiasm to learn how to attribute to our Sales is highly desirable.
Requiremets:
- Solid experience building custom WordPress / WPMU websites and networks
- Excellent understanding of WordPress template tags, hooks and functions
- Understanding of responsive design methodologies
- Knowledge of the latest CSS preprocessors and frameworks, such as Sass and various grid frameworks
- Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript / jQuery, PHP, CSS, graphics creation with Photoshop, Fireworks or Illustrator
- Practical exposure with the following technologies is a must: cPanel, WHM, Command Line, Apache Web Server and CentOS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
