As the Sales Representative you will work with employers to meet their recruitment and staffing needs. You will source new business, influence employers and negotiate employment outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the employment solutions team to ensure that job seekers are successful in securing and sustaining employment needs. Building successful business to business relationships is key to the success of this position, as is perseverance and an sensitivity to cultural differences.
A proven track record in business development, sales and client relationships is essential. Applicants will require a current valid drivers licence.
