Based in a Store or Branch the role of Customer Advisor best suits outgoing, self motivated people with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, looking to build a long term career with a large financial services organisation.
Your day to day activities & responsibilities will focus in the following areas :-
- Talking to and connecting with customers
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Assisting customers with their banking transactions
- Raising customer awareness to the financial products available to them
- Supporting & serving your local community
