The position… is a centralised support role, assisting with the day to day operational running of our childcare centres. This is a brand new role and a real opportunity to make your own; it will rely on your ability to implement administrative support systems and look to continually improve processes and systems. Working directly with the Team Leader and maintaining regular contact with the centre coordinators you will build an understanding of each centre's needs in order to offer appropriate support. Responsibilities include data entry and management, finance and reporting procedures and general administrative tasks. Be a part of a great team focussed on delivering the best outcomes for children.
You are…
- Experienced in the area of business administration and support.
- Knowledgeable of general offices systems including spreadsheet and database management.
- A good communicator with the ability to produce high quality written communication.
- Committed to excellence in customer service.
- Able to work in team environment.
