Are YOU the person we're looking for?
The focus of all our Management positions is to drive profitable sales for the store by involving, motivating and encouraging all members of the team.
You will be asked to provide leadership to the team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, fantastic visual presentation and merchandising, along with the effective management of stock and expenses.
Ideally, you will:
- Be self motivated to achieve business targets
- Believe success comes from the relationships you develop with your people
- Be a leader who can inspire and motivate a small team
- Already possess fantastic communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence others
- Want to get involved with Centre Management to gain access to marketing and promotional activities for your store
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills,
- Excellent standards of merchandising and store presentation,
- Be analytical and have the ability to juggle all other facets of the business including:
- Stock management,
- Store security,
- Administration, and
- Wage control.
