Applications are now sought for a key support role within our Maritime business, working in a unique alliance environment located at Rockingham, Western Australia. The Document Control Assistant will contribute to document management activities including registering, storing, retrieving, and issuing of engineering information while ensuring data integrity.
Principal Accountability:
- Receipt of physical and electronic documents including scanning, filling and dispatch as required.
- Maintain registers and access control to defence security classified, company and subcontractor supplied classified information
- Participate in the development of system and process improvements affecting the Document Control function
As the ideal applicant, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative position, ideally from within an engineering environment
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with a wide range of people
- Good computer skills, with experience in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
