If you are looking for a change in your nursing career, the MADU at Western Hospital has a permanent part time vacancy for 8 hours a fortnight.
MADU is a component of the Ambulatory Care unit which also incorporates the Discharge Centre and Hospital in the Home. The MADU area consists of 6 recliner chairs and 2 beds and operates Monday to Friday. The MADU is set up to reduce a patient’s hospital stay by providing treatment for patients in a same day admission instead of awaiting completion of treatment in an acute hospital bed. Patients undergo infusions as well as general medical and minor procedures that are performed within this unit.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse with a commitment to quality service provision to join the Ambulatory Care team.
