Reporting to the National Operations Manager (Customer Contact Centre), this key role will have accountability for the achievement of financial and execution targets in alignment with the overall CUB strategic agenda. The role will see the successful individual providing management and coaching to Sales and Service Team Leaders; embedding performance resolve and building team capability and developing strong relationships with customers.
Accountabilities will include; but not limited to:
- Developing and deliver the sales agenda across state territories for your allocated state
- Analyse, develop and interpret the growth strategy for the Customer Contact Centre & ensure effective roll out of CRM systems road map
- Effectively lead and manage the team to drive sales initiatives and focus on continuous improvement
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with customers; proactively responding to customer needs and opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales budget and targets for the allocated territory
Motivated and driven, the successful candidate will be a high calibre sales leader with a track record of experience within sales (ideally within FMCG). Tertiary qualified in a related disciple you will hold extensive experience and demonstrable knowledge managing large and sophisticated customer accounts (including banner/buying groups). Having a background and proven success within a sales territory (multi-channel/regional experience) will be highly regarded in addition to your experience managing a sales force.
