National Capital Private Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrub Nurse to join our team. You will be supported by the Unit Manager and existing OR teams. Establish close liaison with the Medical Specialists and Surgical & Critical Care Units. This is an opportunity to support the growth of the service and be part of our Clinical Excellence Team at NCPH.
With 84 beds, 4 operating theatres, Angiography Suite and an 11 bed Critical Care Unit, National Capital Private Hospital, located in the southern suburbs of Canberra, provides comprehensive medical and surgical services. There are plans for an exciting new development at the site and the successful applicant will be involved in the building of a new purpose built facility.
Key specialities within the Operating Department include Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Urology at National Capital Private Hospital.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with Current APHRA Registration
- Minimum of 3 years Post Graduate Experience
- Proven skills in the Anaesthetic/Recovery/Scrub nurse role
