This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment until 31/12/2014 at 50 hours per fortnight.

Other Conditions: Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "identical" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the start date of the first applicant appointed.
Position Profile: The successful applicant to the role of Clerk will be responsible for filing, maintaining and volumising all documentation into the Medical Records for the Clinical Haematology department. You will be required to use the computer to identify and abstract information to determine the location of medical records, trace prepare and maintain medical records required for outpatient clinics, booked admissions and researches. There will be a requirement for you to answer enquiries from the general public and hospital staff and some reception duties.
