We offer services from the fulfilment of the entire relocation/removal process for corporations and their employees, to moving a home across town or around the world.
The Position:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the financial accounting duties of general ledger/balance sheet reconciliations and monthly management reporting as well as administering expenses, accounts and invoice related processes of 3rd party management. The position will also be required to provide backup financial and accounting support for the Finance Manager and leadership in the operation of the accounts payable function. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Clearing of reconciling items on a timely basis
- Effectively analyse monthly results and provide explanations for all major variances
- Administer major accounts of 3rd party expenses documentation ensuring creditor invoices are correct and necessary approvals are obtained
- Receive and address Creditor enquiries
- Review processes and procedures to generate improvements to existing administrative systems and procedures to ensure reduction of costs and to achieve company’s financial targets
- Proactively provide training to Operations on all aspects of invoice processing including the application of GST principles
- Preparation of reports as required
Skills:
This ‘hands-on’ role would well suit a highly proactive and energised ‘self starter’ who loves to work within a busy environment. Excellent communication, organisation skills and attention to detail are essential. Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role will be required as well as advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
