Protector Alsafe is a Registered Training Organisation and a fully owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited delivering nationally recognised competency based training in emergency response, confined space entry, working at heights, first aid and fire fighting.
Due to unprecedented growth our Queensland Training team are seeking a Training Administrator/Co-ordinator to assist and support the training team with the implementation and execution of effective and efficient operations.
Within this diverse role you will act as the first point of customer contact regarding training matters, and provide timely responses to all training queries. You will also carry out a wide range of administrative tasks which include; maintaining a training calendar within Microsoft Outlook and Excel, processing customer invoices, managing training equipment, co-ordinating travel and accommodation for instructors and collating training materials.
As our successful candidate you will possess a successful track record in administration or office management, preferably within a training environment. You will have exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective written and verbal communication and will also be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and make effective and timely business decisions. An understanding of training legislation requirements would be highly advantageous to your application as would knowledge of safety products and services.
