In this position you will ensure the storage, handling and maintenance of food and food preparation utensils are maintained in accordance with safety and HACCP standards. In addition to this you will, under general supervision and guidance, assist in the delivery of planned training programs, provide various administrative duties, manage class resources and ensure tidiness and cleanliness of work areas.
Please note: This position is predominantly evening work up to 11pm.
