This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work as part of an in-house legal and leasing team as a Paralegal / Leasing Administrator.
My client is a leading facilities management services company with a large portfolio of clients worldwide.
Initially this is a 2 month temp position with the view to go permanent to start 5th March.
Managing your own commercial client portfolio you will be responsible for coordinating and completing lease contracts between the tenant, solicitor and the property owner.
Reporting to the General Manager responsibilities include:
- Prepare, maintain and review lease documentation for your portfolio
- Lease administration - managing certificates, security documents and lease compliance
- Database management
The successful candidate will be a Paralegal / Law Clerk from a Commercial Property background OR have a Leasing Administration background. Essential to this role is the ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts and leases.
