TLC Aged Care is a premier provider of quality aged care operating nine state-of-the-art homes in the Melbourne.
Dedicated to providing an aged care experience that is dignified, caring and compassionate we are seeking Enrolled Nurses to provide quality individualised care to residents in our 120 bed residential Aged Care Facility located in Frankston North.
The desired applicant will have experience in Aged Care and be familiar with ACCFI documentation and Commonwealth Standards. In addition they will be team focused, display excellent clinical skills and aged care experience and have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful applicant must possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A multidisciplinary approach to clinical practice
- Superior clinical skills
- Computer Literacy
- A satisfactory Police Record Check
- A minimum of 12 months experience
Selection Criteria
Are you an Enrolled Nurse with current registration with the National Nursing and Midwifery Registration Board (Australia)
- Do you have knowledge and understanding of ACFI
- Do you have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Do you have a Certificate in Aged Care
- Do you have prior experience in an Aged Care environment
