The Role
An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our customer service team based in the North Sydney CBD. You will be provided with structured training and groomed to provide customer service for our Credit Card (Travel) and Compulsory Third Party products. This is a challenging and exciting role which is heavily influenced by world events; you will be working with customers who have been affected by airline strikes, natural disasters or even political unrest. The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Phone based customer service & support
- Policy interpretation
- Processing & systems use
- Providing quotes to customers
- Some administration tasks relating to the sale of Green Slips.
Requirements
As the successful applicant you will have completed year 12 or equivalent and will have some previous experience with customer service such as retail or hospitality. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Impress with your punctuality, organisational skills and computer literacy.
