We are seeking a HP Trim Administrator to join the Information Services Unit of a large government owned organisation. This is key role involved monitoring and maintaining the Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) system for around 5000 staff.
You are a records management professional with demonstrated proficiency in HP Trim products which you will use across a broad range of activities to ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of the recordkeeping system. You will also assist in testing and implementing system enhancements, integration with other systems and the roll out of ongoing system upgrades.
Self motivated and reliable, you relish the responsibility that comes with managing the HP Trim database including security and access control and user profile management.
You have excellent customer service skills, and your calm, confident and balanced approach to problem solving underpins the help desk support service you provide to users.
An experienced HP Trim Administrator, you have a thorough understanding of records management frameworks including knowledge of legislative requirements relating to records and information management.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or an equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or holding professional accreditation as a HP Trim Administrator, is essential.
