THE ROLES

We currently have six exciting opportunity for junior, intermediate and senior Property Secretary with minimum of 1 years experience to join their fast paced and dynamic teams. The roles will lend a hand where required and your key responsibilities will include:
  • Filing and file management;
  • Dictaphone typing;
  • Lease and contract amendments;
  • Client liaison;
  • Assisting with report preparation;
  • Monthly billing; and
  • Undertaking property searches.
EXPERIENCE

To be successful you will have had proven experience as a legal secretary preferably within property, have excellent organisational skills as well as:
  • corporate presentation;
  • outstanding communications skills (written & verbal);
  • dedication and initiative; and
  • strong MS office skills.
