KEY JOB ROLES:
- Managing team members and assisting them on daily basis with sales and related issues
- Liaison with and reporting to state managers
- Generating and promoting sales through personal visits
- Meeting reasonably set KPIs / targets on monthly basis
- Providing training and support to team members on the field
- Travelling with team members to field allocations and road trips outside Brisbane
- Implementing innovative methods of motivating and managing teams for better results
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to lead, drive and motivate teams of 10-15
- Confidence to liaison with top-level executives
- At least 3 months of sales experience mandatory (telecommunications industry preferred, but not mandatory)
- High professionalism and excellent communication skills, time management skills, and team-orientation
