This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of operational processes and identifying any compliance issues to ensure smooth and effective transition of new customer portfolios. You will manage the transfer of newly acquired business from Financial Institutions & Dealerships and have a direct impact on transition/conversion success and retention of new business. This role is critical in achieving operational excellence within our Retail Distribution Sales Operations team and you will manage the end to end portfolio transfer process.
As the Customer On Boarding Specialist, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end portfolio transfer process from set-up to completion
- Set up controls and monitor risks to ensure the smooth transition of portfolios
- Provide reporting and forecasting
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders who are involved in the portfolio transfers
Your skills will include:
- Insurance industry experience
- Operational skills – managing process and compliance
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence
- Problem solver/solution focussed
- Previous workflow development and management or processes highly regarded
- Experience in preparing project and process documentation
- Demonstrated reporting & analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills will be useful
