Rydges Hotel Perth is a funky, city centre hotel with a fun, vibrant and dynamic feel. An excellent opportunity exists to become part of our Food and Beverage team within the Conference and Events department and the CBD Restaurant & Bar.
The position requires experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably working within a banqueting or restaurant department at a 4-5 star service level.
The successful applicant will possess:
- RSA certification
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- A friendly “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Ability to work with a team
