Our restaurant trades 7 days a week and accommodates 150 patrons.
Due to our quality of service and offering we are busy all year round.
The business is now seeking a very talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our Award Winning Establishment.

The Ideal Candidate will support the Head Chef in the following areas;
- People Management
- Food Costs
- Menu Planning
- Food Handling & Hygiene Regulations
- Sales & Profit Management
- Customer Service
- Maintaining Operation Standards
The ideal candidate will be a professional team player who can support the Head Chef, and manage the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail and strive for perfection with everything they do.
The Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Italian cuisine.
