Our client has a need for a lawyer with strong litigation skills to join their busy litigation team in Sydney.
You will work with an experienced partner and work on a variety of litigation matters, including property and strata disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, insurance and general commercial litigation.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Regularly attending court and tribunals.
- Drafting statements of claims, affidavits and other documents for litigation.
- Autonomously managing large file load of cases.
- 1-6 PQE.
- Experience/training gained at a mid-tier or highly regarded boutique firm.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Strong advocacy skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment.
