McGirr is a leading provider of case management solutions in Australia. We are looking for a highly motivated junior Java/J2EE developer to work in small teams, supporting our existing clients and implementing new systems. This role offers a level of diversification coupled with technical challenges for someone looking to build their Java experience.

Requirements:
- Exceptional Java skills
- Following skills will be beneficial, but not mandatory: Javascript, HTML, JSP, XML, CSS, SQL, Struts, Web services
- Strong academic profile: University Medallist, 1st or Upper 2nd Class Honours, Deans List
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Intelligent, logical thinker & problem solver
- Self starter, highly motivated
