An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced customer service professional's to join our team at the City of Boroondara on a casual basis.

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Service and Design, you will provide a positive first impression to our residents and visitors that visit or telephone Council to seek information on Council and community matters. You will be part of a small dedicated team but you will also be required to work autonomously.
To be considered you will have previous customer service experience either in a call centre or over the counter with proficient PC and keyboarding skills. You must be available to work during school holidays including the upcoming festive season and you must be prepared to work 8 hour shifts during business hours.
You possess exceptional communication skills and have a commitment to achieving quality service outcomes. Cash handling experience is desirable. All positions require a satisfactory pre-employment police check.
