An opportunity is on offer for an Administration Officer to join the Campus Services team. Campus Services is responsible for the provision of facilities management and support service functions across the University’s property portfolio to support the University’s core learning, teaching and research activities.
The Administration Officer - Maintenance Service Centre is responsible for, the day-to-day operations of the North Terrace Maintenance Service Centre and, administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and other Campus Services staff, to assist in the delivery of efficient and effective facilities management support services across the University’s property portfolio.
Travel to other campuses and/or commercial properties, as well as work outside of standard working hours, may be required on occasion.
Position Requirements
You should have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and significant work experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs and appropriate keyboard skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in University management systems, including TRIM, Mainpac, Archibus, is desirable.
Salary
(HEO4) $53,062 - $58,364 per annum.
Superannuation
Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 17% applies.
Term of Position
This is a continuing position available immediately.
