Experience
- Minimum two years administration experience in similar roles
Knowledge / Skills / Personal Traits
- Demonstrated high level administrative and organisation skills; ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
- Well developed inter-personal and communication skills, including ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
- Sound knowledge of, and experience with, computer based systems including Microsoft Office and record management system
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
- High level of personal presentation
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to fit in Stockland culture and live by our values
- Strong customer service focus
