My client is in the process of a major ERP technical upgrade and requires an experienced IT Project Coordinator to work within their Project Integration Office.
This is an outstanding opportunity to be involved in a large scale, multi-million dollar project for the next 12 to 24 months and will offer exposure to working with a highly skilled program management team.
You role will consist of a number of elements including, reporting, document management, administration support, purchase order processing and resource management.
Essential skills
- At least 5-7 + years experience working as an IT Project Coordinator
- 2+ years experience working within an enterprise IT Program or Project Office essential
- Excellent MS Office tools including, Excel and PowerPoint
- Expert experience in the production of reports
- Previous experience maintaining risk, issues and change database
- Strong understanding of project management methods, techniques and tools
- Strong financials - Invoice, accrual and purchase order processing essential
- Good document management experience – SharePoint or ChangePoint
- Good analytical skills
- Expert stakeholder management and people skills
- Outstanding communication – written and verbal
- A “can-do” attitude
This is a 6-12 months contract which may also lead to an extension into 2014
Rate: $600 - $620 Per Day + GST (40 Hours)
