We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Workshop in our Newcastle Depot.

As Administrator you will be responsible for checking, inspecting and booking in all goods received and ensuring that they are distributed to the correct departments. You will also be responsible for processing parts requisitions from the Workshop, drivers or other staff in accordance with company procedures. Noting low stock levels, raising purchase requisitions to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained. Carrying out regular stock checks ensuring goods are stored in the designated areas.

We are looking for an Administrator who has;

  • Previous experience of working in a team.
  • Previous experience of working towards deadlines.
  • Able to prioritise own workload.
  • Experience in operating Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (ability to create, save and email basic documents).

Desirable;

  • A good understanding of customer service.
  • The ability to work on own initiative.
  • Confidence in a customer focused environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge of Plant and Tool equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
