MAXimusSolutions Australia (MSA) is a division of MAXNetWork Pty Ltd a multi-disciplinary organisation providing high quality return to work health assessments, clinical treatment, employment and training services across Australia and with multiple international growth opportunities .
The Role:
We have won significant new business within Disability Employment Services. This role would be working with both our Job Services and Disability Employment Services clients. This position provides the perfect opportunity for a psychologist who is looking to utilise their excellent counselling skills and work in a role that provides real clinical variety and development.
The Duties/Responsibilities:
Our psychologists routinely provide short term individual counselling, organisational health and well being seminars, group work, workplace assessment and consultancy services such as case reviews and quarterly service delivery planning. We can accomodate either part time or full time.
Skills and Experience:
MSA psychologists are considered to be sounding boards, leaders and motivators and this position would suit an individual who can demonstrate:
Genuine interest in providing clinical services to assist some of the most vulnerable members of the community
Highly visible passion and energy that motivates others
An understanding of the role employment has in maintaining good mental health
Provisional or Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
A flexible and solutions focussed approach to practice which links to employment
Evidence based practice and previous counselling experience
