Reporting to the Head of Talent and Learning, this role will see you partnering with CUB business leaders, HR Business Partners and function Learning resources to facilitate the achievement of business goals through the application of learning and development expertise. In addition this role is responsible for developing, implementing and enhancing new processes and practices through the application of appropriate learning methodologies which will allow CUB to develop its people for the future and realise their future potential.
Accountabilities will include; but not limited to:
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of L&D through the creation and implementation of standard processes, tools and solutions
- Deliver centralised L&D programmes identified through needs analysis conducted with business and organisationally/globally identified programmes (e.g. management skills, leadership, induction)
- Project manage elements of programme design & delivery through to evaluation to ensure achievable milestones are set, deadlines are met, stakeholders are engaged and budgets are maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and other specialists to ensure that L&D solutions, tools & processes are effectively integrated into broader HR strategies
- Oversee the administration and creation of training programmes through the Learning Management System
Tertiary qualified in Business and/or Human Resources you are a high calibre commercial Learning and Development practitioner with a track record of experience in planning, managing and implementing Learning frameworks that require stakeholder management across a range of disciplines and business units. Your ability to think strategically whilst being a hands-on specialist within your field will allow you to forge strong relationships with your key stakeholders and deliver the results required.
