We are currently in need of a vibrant and energetic Sales Assistant/Customer Service Coordinator, for our Port Melbourne Head Office.
Position Summary:
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of customer service, sales, marketing and social media for fit2work.com.au. This person will be responsible for customer telephone product demonstrations, supporting the Product Manager with face to face customer product demonstrations and much more. You will possess exceptional Microsoft Office skills and a telephone manner second to none. Other IT skills advantageous but not essential.
Working alongside the Product Manager you will be required to provide high levels of customer service to all existing and potential customers via email, fax, telephone or face to face.
Key Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
- Daily support for Product Manager i.e. preparing presentation packs for customer demonstrations
- Maintain existing customer and vendor relationships
- Setup new customers to the system
- Perform telephone sales calls to existing customers to increase sales opportunities
- Send out contracts and maintain customer files
- Creating monthly newsletters for product User Group
- Ensure compliance with all your customer dealings
- Enter and monitor sales leads
- Manage and address customer concerns and relations in a timely fashion
- Provide weekly and monthly statistic reports
- Monitor growth of product and track market trends to assist Product Manager with sales opportunities
- Maintain website and social media pages
