
Adbri Masonry is Australia's largest supplier of quality masonry products, with operations in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adelaide Brighton Ltd.
We are continually looking to invest in our future and are currently seeking to appoint a Internal Sales/Customer Service Officer located at our Hobart office in Tasmania. The successful applicant will report to the Office Manager and will receive an appropriate salary package.
The primary function of this role involves handling customer enquiries (internal and telephone) and the processing of orders received via the phone, email, facsimile and Sales Representatives, in a professional and timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
- processing of orders using SAP
- delivering a high level of quality customer service
- resolving queries
- liaising with customers by phone and in person
- We are looking for someone who has a minimum of three years experience in customer service
- strong order entry experience using SAP would be desirable but not essential
- a professional and friendly telephone manner
- excellent data entry and computing skills with a high level of accuracy
- strong communication skills
- ability to grasp new skills, processes and product applications quickly
- be team orientated
- work well under pressure
- strong time management and problem solving skills
- knowledge of the building industry would be desirable but not essential
If you have 3 years past experience in a customer service sales role and you have a real passion for customer service and you can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills you will be ideally suited to this role.
