These lecturing positions offer the opportunity to teach and facilitate students’ learning in this subject area. In addition to the training and assessment of students at the Geraldton campus, a key part of the position is working with employers and organisations to support people to gain nationally recognised qualifications and meet industry demands.

Work Benefits and Other Conditions

Durack Institute is establishing an appointment pool for appointment to lecturing vacancies in this subject area.

The appointment pool will operate for 24 months from the date of the initial placement in the pool. Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term contract basis.

Suitable applicants will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise.Employment opportunities in similar positions within the agency may also be offered to suitable applicants from this pool.

If the Appointment Pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement hte pool through further advertising.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Criminal Screening Clearance and a Working with Children (WWC) Check.
