One of Australia’s most successful franchised Real Estate companies, with a strong presence in the local market, are looking for a highly professional and motivated operator to be the corporate representative for Western Australia.
You will enjoy visiting the various offices in WA and helping them to get the most out of their business by adding value through utilisation of corporate initiatives and incentives, as well as being up to speed on the company IT programs and databases to ensure all staff make the most of tools at hand. You will also assist in the renewal of franchise agreements and the negotiation with potential new offices looking to join the brand.
To be suited you will be an experienced Real Estate professional in your own right to ensure you understand the business and various issues Principals and their staff face in the industry. You will have strong communication skills (written and verbal), good computer skills and knowledge of various industry related programs and websites, be highly motivated and trustworthy given the amount of Autonomy in the role.
You will benefit from an attractive remuneration package and the all important work life balance thanks to the bulk of your work being Monday to Friday. This role suits Sales Managers or Consultants looking for something a little different.
