Aurec are seeking talented Trainee Business Developers to work with the IT recruitment sector. The ideal candidate for this role should be money motivated and have a strong desire to achieve as there is exceptional earning potential ($65-75K sat year, $100K+ 2nd Year).
You will be given top sales training and mentoring to ensure that you have all the tools required to be a top business developer and all round sales professional.
You will be responsible for building and developing your own client base as you see fit across the IT sector and your success is based purely on your efforts. We run a very meritocratic environment where success is recognised and career development is planned out based on your ability and desired destination.
