Our client is a privately owned Consulting Engineering firm with a reputation for technical excellence, large enough to count, but with a degree of flexibility which the larger firms cannot offer. A new General Manager has brought about a renewed dynamic for new business (both markets and clients), and this newly vacant role offers the chance to join an organization going places; and which is prepared to share their success.
We are seeking a qualified Engineer with deep and broad experience in Structural/Civil, and ideally experienced in leading a team (strategically and technically). You have experience in developing new business, and in enhancing relationships with existing clients, balanced with an analysis of “risk” and “reward”.
The role will provide you with technical, managerial, and strategic challenges; and the support of the GM and Board for you to be successful. A respect for people, planning and process will underpin your success; and equity will be available to the successful candidate.
