This is a newly created role due to growth in the Cairns region. In this role, you will work closely with your Branch staff and Home Finance Managers who actively identify and generate referrals for you.
Experience/skills:
- 2-3 years experience as a sales financial adviser
- A commitment to Financial Planning and a customer centric approach to your role
- Proven Financial Planning skills in sales and business development in the Affluent markets
- Exceptional Relationship management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to build long term relationships with referral partners and customers
- Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (RG146)
- A tertiary degree and/or CFP are desirable and Westpac will support you in ongoing studies
