We are currently seeking a Claims Consultant to join our ever-growing team. As the first point ‎of contact for all claims queries, this role will require you provide a service that’s second to ‎none in this busy, fast paced environment.

‎At Allianz we value the importance of developing our staff. As a result, we offer training and ‎‎‎development opportunities to all of our Claims Consultants with the view of successfully ‎managing ‎your ‎own ‎portfolio of claims.
Whilst previous Motor or Property Claims experience will be viewed favourably, it is not ‎essential for this role. Exposure working in an insurance environment will be considered. If ‎you ‎have ‎a ‎passion for providing outstanding customer service and you want a challenging ‎role ‎with a ‎great team ‎atmosphere, we may have the right job for you. ‎

You will have:
  • Customer service and/or general insurance experience, ideally working with Property ‎or Motor claims
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and time management skills‎
  • Strong computer skills and a high attention to detail‎
