A federal taskforce based in Sydney CBD is seeking to recruit a Website Developer to work with communications professionals in overseeing the development, maintenance and strategic direction of their website and intranet.

As the successful applicant, your responsibilites will include including publishing new content to the intranet on a daily basis; ensuring quality control and usability of content; providing training and support to internal users; updating images and content on the website; providing statistical reporting and analysis on website performance; ensuring compliance with relevant standards; liaising with external developers; and design work as required.

Our ideal candidate for this role would have advanced knowledge of a variety of online CMS applications, design software and analytical tools. He or she would also have experience using HTML, CSS and Javascript along with the proven ability to plan and implement web and intranet projects within a PR or communications team. Previous experience with PHP or MySQL would be highly regarded, as would tertiary qualifications in computing, web design or similar.

This role will be offered on a full time contractual basis with a salary between $78,532 and $87,601 plus superannuation.
