Ideally located in the busy CBD, our client is a well funded property management and development company with projects across Australia. Due to growth via new revenue streams, they seek a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fun and dynamic finance division.
The leadership team are established in their roles and will provide excellent training for the successful candidate. The successful candidate will become a part of the family, be able to have a bit of fun, but most importantly have a keen eye for attention to detail.
The Role
Your past experience and skills will make you successful in completing the following duties:
- Coding, matching and batching of complex invoices
- End to end processing of between 100 to 200 manual invoices per week
- Conducting periodic reconciliation reporting
- Dealing with customers invoice based inquiries
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- At least two years previous end to end accounts payable experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills, i.e. basic spread sheeting and data manipulation
- Positive phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and also a self motivator
- Previous industry experience is desirable and non essential
